Located right off highway 69 within 10 minutes driving distance to Denison Downtown and 25 minutes to Lake Texoma. At night the stars are bright and clear. Enjoy amazing sun rises and sunsets with a beautiful open deck and a balcony.

In the summers, take a small 17 mile drive to Lake Texoma to cool off. There is plenty of parking to bring your boat. On the other side of the river is Choctaw Casino and Resort. Unwind by a nice firepit in the backyard with friends and family.

You will find a dedicated coffee station that includes both a Keurig as well as brewed coffee. For the younger ones, they will get to enjoy a dedicated kids space that includes a table/4 chairs as well as books/games. The home features an outside deck with a grill/rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset.
