You will enjoy your own private hot tub, fire pit, grill, fenced-in yard, and access to a shared rooftop mini golf course, retro arcade, full gym with sauna, office, laundry facility and more. Located just steps from a quiet bay beach and a short drive to Cape May and Wildwood, this is the most exciting resort at the shore!

Relaxing Getaway

Enjoy the shore at this fully renovated luxurious beach house. This 3 bedroom 2 bath (with sleeper Sofa) can sleep up to 12 people. The space has been recently renovated. New kitchen, new bathrooms, brand new carpets, and hardwoods. An amazing in ground heated pool, with 8ft privacy fence highlight the back yard. The back yard also features ample seating, a fire pit, and a brand new 7 person hot tub. This is the perfect getaway for any family or families looking for fun at the jersey shore.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Single-floor home with a very short walk to quiet Bay Beach. Spectacular 4 season Sunroom facing west over Primehook's 10,000-acre National Wildlife Refuge. Stunning sunsets and birding while dining or just relaxing after a day at the beach make this room a favorite. The home offers views of Delaware Bay. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing away the day's salt and sand. The fully fenced backyard includes a grill and space for your dog!

I call it my "happy shack" ... 4 houses from the bay beach and the best sunsets in NJ! This classic sixties Millman Cottage has been completely renovated into a happy litte boho inspired retreat space you wont want to leave. Take a sunset kayak paddle, then come back and grill out on the super chill patio, lay in the hammocks, or sit around the fire table for smores!I have two queen bedrooms, and one big beautiful sunroom with a pull out queen sofa. 2 living areas in this little cottage to0!

Additional 2 story building available to bring guest count from 8-12 w/ 1/2 bath

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Charming Bayfront Tranquility

Bayfront location! Just 20 steps to the beach! My place is close to restaurants and dining, amazing views, the city center, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). NOTE: Minimum stays of (2 days or more are required.) Special consideration for longer or shorter stays can be discussed upon booking. PLEASE read over all instructions before booking.

Haven House 2 person soaking tub large rear deck

The home was created for that perfect couples getaway with it large comfy king bed on adjustable frame which looks one to barnyard doors. They open to an elegant chandelier lite soaking tub complete with the bubbles . On the his and her vanities you will find robes and towels for your use as well as other soaps and sundries ( robes are available for purchase). Of course there is also a shower and washer and dryer . Your 4 legged family are complementary but limited to 2 max 50lbs

Grandpa's House

Come stay at Grandpa's house! Quiet and private century-old renovated farmstead set in 100 peaceful acres on the wild & scenic Maurice River. Great for family getaways, boy's & girl's weekends, or just tromping around in the woods. Enjoy more than an acre of open meadows, canoeing and kayaking from a free boat ramp/parking two miles away! There is a bonfire pit in the old barn ruins. Plenty of room for a trailer, all your friend's cars, and throwing a ball around at the same time!

Bicyclists can take the bike trail from Cape May Zoo to Cape May!! Watch the Wildwood fireworks from the front yard fire pit(fri/nites)!

Mullica River Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This bright and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
