The BEACHSIDE HOUSE comfortably hosts 4 guests. • Surface of the property with garden : 500m2 • Two-story residence : 200 m2 + Outdoor area: • Private Swimming pool 12M x 4 in a tropical garden • Double sun bed • Outdoor shower + Ground floor (a modern twist - featuring an open plan living area) : • Living room with dining area • Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, water dispenser, fridge, kettle, juicer, espresso machine ... • 1 TV room with air conditioning + sofa sets + satellite TV • 1 Office / Study Area with air conditioning • Pool table / Billard table • 1 Master Bedroom 22M2, Facing the pool: King Bed, air conditioning, Safe, dressing room • 1 Bathroom with shower & WC + First floor (All floors, doors and wall in solid teak wood) : • 1 Master Bedroom 25M2, King Bed, Air Conditioning, Safe, Black-Out Blind • Bathroom with shower & WC • WiFi - Free (fiber optic) in all the premises • Pool table / Billard table • Sport equipment 1 elliptical machine • Private parking • A driver will pick you up at the airport (included in the booking price). • The BEACHSIDE HOUSE has staff for housekeeping, pool attendant. • Pool fence and Baby sitter on request at extra cost. • Staff can organize car/bike rental. 3 minute walk to the famous Seminyak Beach and 5 minute walk to bali's best boutique and street vendor shopping • Free transfer from Airport to the house. (CHECK IN TIME: From 3pm to 6pm. Upon request we can welcome you until 10.30pm (arrival house) • Onsite at arrival to greet you. Our villa manager will welcome you during the check in, show you the premises and will be happy to assist you with car or scooter hire. • Housekeeping staff is at the house from 9 am till 01 pm. • Baby sitting services can be organize upon request when you'll need to get over, on the chance you might like to have a night out, minus the little people. • Some guests prefer a lot of interaction and others enjoy total privacy - we respect both and go with the flow. We are available by Email or Mobile Apps or Telephone. The Villa is within walking distance of the beach, and boasts easy access to a number of great places for food, shopping, nightlife, and more. Best way to get around is by scooter. Rental available by the staff at the house. Blue bird taxi and also Uber. THE HOUSE IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN 3 BEDROOMS • 3 bedrooms usage (6 people) • Baby sitting services can be organize upon request when you'll need to get over, on the chance you might like to have a night out, minus the little people. • Please be aware staff need entry for cleaning, watering garden and cleaning pool. If you need privacy or a sleep in passed 10am please let our villa manager know and we can be flexible. • Please be respectful of our neighbours at all times but especially after 10pm.
