This secluded, extremely private, romantic one bedroom villa is situated in a fantastic location, close to top restaurants and night clubs and with easy access to the beaches and shopping in the heart of Seminyak. It sits in one of the top destinations for holidaymakers on the island. There are busy bustling cafes and bars and it's all about it being in a vibrant and amazing location. We would like to make Guests aware of some noise in the vicinity in the evening which generally ends at 12pm.

This exclusive compound of four villas only was designed by an Australian architect as a private residence and accommodation for friends /family. Set in the unique and very 'on trend' village of Seseh ( just 200m to Seseh's stunning beach), the 3 bedroom allows guest use our main villa. Currently we are offering this for half our normal price, as there is some construction noise in the area , although noise levels are reduced .
