This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. This 2,000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood with manicured landscaping, fenced yard, outdoor grill, and sitting area with fire pit. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and place settings for 8 or more as well as pots and pans for cooking. Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins.

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard.
