Completely renovated as well as brand new furniture in September 2019 this Cottage has a light and airy feel particularly suited to its surroundings. Set on 30 acres of partly cleared, part bush and looking down to a large ornamental lake through many mature trees abundant with wild life. We offer pet friendly accommodation along with a plant based welcome pack. Fire available 1/5 to 30/9

The Chef’s Shed - a farm stay

Situated in "cool country" Trentham, the Chef’s Shed was originally built in 1860, and has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, spacious and unique place to stay. It has quirky living spaces, including a loft, and wide, stunning views over the land around, even from the private sauna which can be used for a modest fee. From here you can explore the region. We are surrounded by nature, and a few minutes from The Falls and historic Trentham with cafes, pubs, walking tracks and a lot of history.

House of Mud & Straw sits solidly & silently on open paddocks shared with cows & the sweeping weather. The perfect romantic escape. A bespoke tiny house nestled under the gum trees overlooking a country cottage style garden. With kitchenette + own bathroom + loft style bed, it has everything you need for a special night away. Including a fire pit + outdoor dining space, along with wood heater inside it's perfect for all seasons. Breakfast of hand gathered eggs, bread, milk supplied for Fri - Sun stays. Loft bed is up a ladder. We do have peacocks, dogs, mini goats, + poultry on the property.
