The Deposit Seed House is located in the small hamlet of Deposit NY. This river front community, with easy access to Rt. 17, is well known for its World Class Fly Fishing & Hunting. This 3-story cement block building, built in 1915, by J.J. Bell, to house his seed distribution business - The Deposit Seed Company was converted into residential usage in 1969. This is an architecturally pleasing & unique building in Deposit, which is quite different than your average Airbnb rental.

Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
