Trailhead House Derby opposite the Pump Track

Trailhead House is the CLOSEST house to the trail head where you can relax on the large front verandah and still have a clear view to the trail head, pump track, suspension bridge and right up Main street without even getting out of your seat. The house is 3 bedrooms and set up to sleep up to 6 people very comfortably. Bedrooms 1 & 2 can be 2 x single beds or 2 x king beds, Bedroom 3 is a king. It features an open plan kitchen, living & dining room all heated by a new freestanding wood heater.

The Derby Gravity Shack - Great For MTB Riders

Amazing location with incredible views to enjoy on the large deck with a new BBQ to use. It's right at the bottom of Return to Sender trail and approx 20 pedal strokes to the main entrance to the fantastic world class trail system. There is a lock up shed with work station and wash bay.
