We are a retired couple who love to travel and we may or may not be home at the time of your rental, but will always be available by text if you need anything.

Darlene's Country Cottage

Darlene’s Country Cottage is a 3 1/2 bedroom, air-conditioned rustic cottage nestled on a country road in Blackville in the Miramichi Region of New Brunswick. NEW: We have high-speed cable internet, and Rogers cable TV at the cottage. Our drinking water is from a private well and it is safe and delicious. No need to buy water. This cottage rental is perfect if you’re looking for a vacation place that feels like home. Families, fishermen, tubers, long stays and one-nighters are welcome!

Cozy Tree House Studio in Nature

Kick back and relax in this cozy space. The studio provides a chill experience on 4+ acres, with private stream access, a small park-like forest, bird watching, meditative spaces, and walking paths throughout the forest. Included: WiFi, coffee beans, tea, firewood, tv, outdoor gear such as snow shoes and fishing gear on request. The treehouse is located in the heart of NB 90 minutes from sight seeing in all directions including Hopewell Rocks, Magnetic Hill, and historical Saint John.

Hambrook Point Cottages Grainfield Retreat

Grainfield cottage is the newest edition to Hambrook Point Cottages. Built as a replica of the original Homestead cottage and features all the historic details, with a larger loft and full bathroom. Our 3 year old cabin sits above the Southwest Miramichi River and is surrounded by 4 acres of woods, located less than 20 minutes from downtown Newcastle (Miramichi). You will not see or hear any neighbours while you relax on the large deck watching the resident eagles soar above the river. Cabin includes new furnishings, full bathroom with tub/shower, fully equipped kitchen and 43” TV with DVD player for rainy days.
