My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

The Toledo Tiny House is conveniently located 10 mins away from the nearest boat ramp. Home is perfect for a weekend get away! Area outside is spacious and can fit boats to turn around easily without backing up. Has high speed fiber wifi and cable. House is furnished with basic cooking supply, plates, cups. High quality mattress with luxurious pillows. Soft and comfy towels. Great spot to spend some time with your loved one!

This stylish place to relax is perfect for your stay in Deridder. Fully stocked kitchen for those gumbo dinners and comfy beds after you've worked all day. Each room has a balcony to relax with your favorite beverage. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have full size beds and they share a bathroom.
