Stay, play or work in a unique newly-renovated historic building in downtown Yakima. This 1,000 sf condo is on the 2nd floor with a private secure entrance and stair access. The unit has 2 queen beds, full-sized LG kitchen appliances, large walk-in tiled shower, washer/dryer, and balcony. Many of Yakima's finest restaurants, theaters and amenities are in a 2-3 block radius. Only an hour from White Pass Ski Resort and short drives to local wineries. Downtown walkability at it's best.

House is less than four miles from CWU, less than 1 mile from I-90. 40 miles from the Gorge Amphitheater or 30 from Suncadia Resort. Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views! Well behaved pets are welcome for a $40 pet fee. Two pets maximum.

The Depot House

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. This house is located on a quiet bikeway for low traffic noise. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Please come enjoy Kittitas County from this comfortable landing spot.

The VIP Lounge is a Olson Kundig-designed home. Steps from the Gorge Amphitheatre, it overlooks the Cave B Estate Winery vineyards & Columbia River. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home features a private patio and upgraded kitchen. It's a comfortable, modern-industrial feel that fits the landscape. Walk to concerts, wine tasting, dinner, or spa reservations. Hike Frenchman Coulee, bike Ancient Lakes, enjoy yoga on the patio, or just relax and take in the view

The Home Base

This family-fun packed home is the perfect stay for those looking for their Yakima "home base." It is stocked with all the amenities to make your stay fun and relaxing. Kids can enjoy the sandbox, trampoline, toy kitchen, and board games. Adults can enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, exercise room, outdoor dining area, fire table, Netflix, and more! Pets are welcome, but please follow house rules. We are thrilled to share our home base with you!

Silo Tiny house

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy!

Robin’s Nest

Keep it simple with this quaint, centrally located home. Robin’s Nest was built in 1930 and has much of it’s original charm with modern updates for comfort. The stairs to the basement TV area and laundry are a bit steep and may be difficult for folks with mobility issues.

Serenity Suite 4B - A modern condominium located at Cave B Ridge. This development is walking distance from Cave B Estate Winery, Sagecliffe Resort and Spa, Tendrils Restaurant, and the Gorge Amphitheater. Enjoy the view from the patio with an outdoor fireplace and BBQ.
