Beautiful, refreshing Sydenham Lake is steps from the cottage and the water is very deep off the dock so jump right in!! or fish, paddleboard, snorkel, paddle boat, canoe, whatever calls to you! Cottage is a 20 min walk to the town of Sydenham (which has a sandy public beach, boat launch, LCBO, Foodland, etc.) and 20 min drive to Kingston.

The main room is furnished with a couch and daybed that pulls out to a king. The bedroom’s french doors lead to a large screened porch among the trees. Bathroom is complete with heated floors, w/d and tub. There is a two person hot tub on the back deck. Lake access 50m away with a canoe and SUP available. 25 mins to Frontenac Park, 40 mins to Kingston.

Enjoy a magical lake surrounded by natural forest. 2 double beds, 3 singles (2 are top bunks). Heating and AC, fridge, wood-stove, one toilet, running water pumped from the lake. Fully furnished, stove, oven, micro, dishes, etc. Cozy living area, an island/countertop seating 4. Dining area is on the screen porch, connected to the kitchen. Dining table seats 6. A small rustic place, nothing fancy, though pastoral and secluded on a non-motorized lake.
