Welcome to our comfy cozy fully-furnished casita in our beautifully landscaped charming historic neighborhood! This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

The house is centrally located in Wichita Falls, just a block away from Midwestern State University, minutes from the major shopping centers, 10 minutes to downtown or the MPEC Event Center, and 15 minutes to Sheppard AFB. Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. Enjoy the backyard with covered seating and fire pit.

Waurika Lake - Relax and enjoy this peaceful location, only a short walk to the lakefront. This home comes with two bedrooms, two baths and will accommodate 8 guests comfortably with the added pull-out sofa bed. Cozy Guest House

Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

Our cozy casita is centrally located on a safe and quiet street in the historic Brook Village neighborhood. It’s 10 minutes or less by car to virtually anywhere in town, and Martin Plaza Park, Hamilton Park, and access to Wichita Falls extension cycling trail network are close by as well.

The Yucca House Loft

This is what a downtown loft should look like, spacious and clean. Nestled above a shop in the heart of Downtown Wichita Falls, you can walk anywhere you’d like. This circa 1940’s building was completely remodeled and finished in 2024. Your unique stay awaits!
