Walk to nearby farms, breweries & wineries or just relax on the back deck and enjoy the scenery. Visit nearby historic Placerville, its galleries, restaurants, shops & more! Raft, ski, kayak, or just explore our 40-acre farm trails! (We are pet friendly.)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will be greeted with beauty and fantastic views nestled among giant Ponderosa Pines, a wide variety of wildlife and birds galore. Bald eagles have been spotted on occasion! As a guest you will have access to a very private spot on the river where you can try your luck panning for gold or fishing. You can also just relax while reading a good book, skipping rocks or just dip your toes in the water.

Experience the Beauty of the Sierra foothills and the Yuba River in our Yurt tucked into the forest just 2 miles from downtown Nevada City. Access to the Yuba River is as close as 20 mins to Edwards Crossing and 20 mins to Hoyts Crossing on Highway 49.
