La casa si trova immersa nel verde delle campagne toscane, tra uliveti e vigne. Ha un giardino privato molto grande, con jacuzzi, barbecue e parcheggio privato. All'interno trovate un grande salone con il camino, una cucina, tre camere e tre bagni, due con doccia. Si trova nel comune di Vinci, un antico borgo medievale. E' conosciuta per essere la città natale di Leonardo da Vinci. Vinci dista solo 30 minuti da Firenze, 10 da Empoli e da Cerreto Guidi, 50 minuti da Lucca e un'ora da Siena.

Siamo a 36 Km da Firenze e 52Km da Pisa. Empoli è una cittadina con un centro storico piacevole, ed è vicina a Vinci.
