Kitchen, Seats 6, with Oven/Hob, washing machine and Dishwasher. Master bedroom, 4 poster bed (King), adjacent bathroom (shower+bath) 2nd bedroom, with 2 bunk beds Loft bedroom, double bed, En Suite with shower/bath. Outdoor seating is available to the front , steps to the terraced garden to the rear.

A traditional 2 bedroom cottage located close to the canal in the village of Buxworth, on the border of the Peak District. Both bedrooms have double beds, one of which can be converted into a twin, making it ideal for a family. There is a small courtyard, for early morning coffee, with a secure out-building, for storing muddy boots or bicycles. Fabulous position for walking and cycling whilst being close to public transport, Chinley and Whaley Bridge train station are both close by.

The Snake Path to Kinder starts beside the cottage while the village provides a handy range of shops and great pubs, cafes and restaurants for eating out.

Our warm and cosy, three bedroom stone cottage offers an excellent base for those who want to explore the stunning walks of the Peak District or enjoy the quiet of village life. Set in the High Peak within the Peak District, Hayfield is your quintessential Derbyshire village with its five pubs, restaurant and three coffee shops. The River Sett meanders from the reservoir at the foot of Kinder Scout, through the village passing the cricket pitch, church and village hall.

A minute's walk from cafes, restaurants, pubs and a great chippy, as well as a short walk from Torrs Riverside Park and the Sett Valley trail, which leads you further into the Peak District towards Kinder Scout. The cottage is perfect as a base for walkers, runners and families looking for a relaxing break in nature.
