Ons heerlijke ruime gezinshuis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers incl gratis parkeerplek en een tuin. De tram op de hoek brengt je in een paar stops naar het centrum van Amsterdam brengt. Prachtig stadsstrand met restaurant en surfclub en een heerlijk park op 2 minuten lopen. Ons huis is zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. IJburg is een moderne rustige wijk in Amsterdam waar voornamelijk gezinnen wonen. IJburg heeft diverse winkels, supermarkten, restaurants en een gezellige haven.

Historic luxury renovated 130 m2 sailing ship from 1890 for combi sailing/sleeping. Moored nearby the city centre of Amsterdam in a quit harbor with nice restaurants, and bars. Around the corner is a big supermarket and a beach with watersport facilities. On board are 4 sleeping area's for 14 persons. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is a complete kitchen, large living and dinning area and an outside area with beautiful lake views. For families, couples or groups.

Familyhome with a big garden and free parking

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

OUR 3 FLOOR TOWNHOUSE comprises a sauna, garden, 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, bath & separate shower, laundry room. The large living room, with a modern-rustic feel to it, has an open kitchen and sun room which opens to the garden. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: king size bed. Bedroom 2: tree house bed that accommodates 2 children or alternatively grownups (mattresses are 2 meters long). Bedroom 3: large couch that turns into a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 4: double bed.

"Sailing barge Titaan” is a relatively new ship in the Dutch fleet. She is build in 2001 and has been used mostly for romantic sailing trips and weddings. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). The traditional white sailing barge in combination with a more modern and luxury interior gives the whole ship an interesting twist and a perfect place to unwind and relax.

A house at the park and near a forest! It’s a family friendly home with a petting zoo within walking distance. It’s a spacious house in Amsterdam with a lot of nature and birds around you. There is a fireplace and possibilities for a campfire on the patio. There is free parking in this neighborhood and also great access to Amsterdam city center by metro (10 min walking).

The house is conveniently located near the amsterdam city centre and the lake, with a beach and a grocery store at walking distance. The tram will take you to the city centre in only 20 minutes. There is a comfortabele seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio garden for you to enjoy. Special effort was put into sustainability, with solar panels and a heatpump.

My space is uniquely based on the outskirts of Amsterdam city. Cycling distance from the city centre, whit lots of space for a real farm feeling. Very close to the trendy beach Blijburg. My space is suitable for couples, families and business travelers. When you like to book with more than 5 guest an extra room, including shower and toilet on request.
