Nice big ( 65 m2 ) flat on first floor, close to the City Center, and very close to the public transport, close as well to supermarkets and restaurants. It's close to the Limmat river 10 minutes on feet, it's very nice view there. my flat is perfect for Couples, Solo and business travelers. You can use the flat ( the living room if it’s available, the kitchen, dinning room and the Balkon ). I have 43 inches Tv. Very fast Internet WLAN 224 MB/s. The flat is in good and quite Location.

It is settled in a quiet neighborhood, still close to Zurich downtown, Altstetten, (shopping Mall in Regensdorf) Unterengstringen and top universities and schools. Wir vermieten unser Studio (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer inkl. Büro, eigenes WC) mit zwei Balkonzugängen (einmal geteilt und einmal separat) während unseren Ferien. Das Bad und die offene Küche sind zur Mitbenutzung. Der Garten ist gross und bietet zahlreiche Sitz- und Verweilplätze sowie einen Badezugang zum Schäflibach. Zum Bahnhof Glanzenberg sind es 17min zu Fuss, von da aus fährt jede Viertelstunde ein Zug an den Zürich Hauptbahnhof (12min Fahrt).

The room is in a shared apartment with me and another guests. The tram station is directly in front of the house. Its 5 minutes away from the train station Altstetten and from there 10 min to central station. You have fast WIFI. You have a table in your room and a wardrobe to hang your cloths. A living room or garden to relax. Behind the house is a trainline, so could be loud till midnight. Also can be rented with registration at government.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful and cosy place in the midst of nature.Still very close to the center of Zürich.With the S 10 train form the central station it takes 21 minutes.The luxury is if you like to have a big garden and forest around, at the same time you can go anytime to the city.Also there are a few restaurants close to the Apartment and many different pathways to take walks.
