Blu Grace Farm Apartment

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

Upstairs Apartment on Main

This luxuriously furnished apartment is right on Main Street in Latta. Park right at the street entrance. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath. There is a full-sized kitchen with table and anything you would need for cooking. The den adjoins the kitchen and master bedroom. The second bedroom has a study adjoining it. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This is a perfect setting for a long-term work-related stay in the area or for a wedding weekend at Parker Pines.

This old home has been completely renovated and is situated in the hub of the small town of Latta, SC. There is a wrap around porch with rockers and benches for enjoying the out of doors. The home sits across the street from the Carnegie Library which is being enlarged and improved. Latta is just off of I-95 and is a perfect stop-over for your trip north or south. Myrtle Beach is about one hour away on Highway 501. If you are a racing fan, the Dillon Raceway is a few miles away.

Horse Life

Come and stay on a horse / livestock farm. With your very own horse trailer to stay in. With over 15 acres fenced in. You will have plenty of room to stretch your legs. You can relax at the trailer or spend time at the community fire pit. Feel free to explore the barn as well. There are plenty of games in the last stall including cornhole. Come pet and love up on the horses. They love all the attention.

Private Country Escape

Relax with the whole family or by yourself at this peaceful place to stay. Located just 3 miles from interstate 95 and tucked away on 33 acres, this 3 bedroom country escape, lets you unwind. Has private fishing pond and you’ll often see birds and other wildlife.
