Talk about Luxury! Steps from the Gathering Place, welcome to this new, modern home with a gourmet kitchen! After playing in the pool, relax in the game room or play some ping pong. The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather (below freezing) or malfunctions.

Historic garage apartment conveniently located: 5 minute walk from the river park/Arkansas river 15 minute walk to the BOK center 30 minute walk to the Gathering Place 30 minute walk to Guthrie Green 30 minute walk to the Boxyard We park in the garage below, and will need to move our car by 7:45 AM on weekdays. This will not affect your parking in the driveway and you do not have to move your car, but you will hear us raise the garage door. Thank you for your understanding.

Brookside Cottage

Brookside Cottage has survived the trend of smaller homes being demolished to make room for those that are newer and larger. Now, renovated, it will begin a new life as a short term rental. Brookside Cottage has a welcoming front porch with space for relaxing or dining. In the spring and summer you will find roses in the garden along with oak leaf hydrangeas. Visitors have been known to see a hawk soaring. You may also see eagles or pelicans along the Arkansas river.

A charming, updated 1940's style home located in an active upscale area of Tulsa with easy access to Brookside, Riverside, Downtown, Cherry street, and The Gathering Place.
