DC Wharf, Anthem, National Mall & three Metro stations are within a 10-minute walk. The first floor is all yours. Very private. Your bathroom is stocked with amenities. Always fresh towels, clean sheets on a queen-size bed. Closets, wifi, laundry, courtyard view. Full access to the living room, dining room & kitchen on the second floor. We live on the third floor. Start the day with a fresh-ground coffee and a homemade breakfast. Happy to adjust to personal preferences and dietary restrictions.

Swann House B&B - Room 4

This serene 2nd floor room features a beautifully crafted King size wooden bed and an original decorative fireplace. French doors lead to a large flower-filled private deck overlooking the pool and furnished with bistro table and chaise lounge for secluded relaxation. The elegant bathroom features an oversized travertine marble shower and sunny vanity area overlooking the pool. The room was originally designed for the lady of the house as her dressing room, it has become our most requested room.

Near the Smithsonian, Monuments, & Capitol Our Historic property is NOT handicap accessible. Lots of Stairways & No Elevator Due to the small size of our historic rooms and poor soundproofing, we cannot accommodate pets & children BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED
