My place is located in the rising city of Borongan in Eastern Samar. It is close to great views and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Our Apartment opened last July 2018 but it still looks good and new. We are near Barangay Taboc Elementary School and the Provincial Capital. We are also 10-15 minutes away from the nearest surfing beach- BayBay Boulevard.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, steps from the surfing, and swimming beach. The sunrise and sunset views are stunning from this third floor suite. Walk down the private stone path and step into the water, explore the tide pools, or paddle out to the surf. Take a two mile stroll down a secluded beach, and perhaps not even see another soul. Step off the beach into our outdoor shower or bathe Filipino style with fresh clean cold water from our beachfront hand pump well.

Modern 1BR Apt with Strong Wifi and A/C

Spacious and professionally designed, this unit features a king-size bed (72x78 inches) and a double pull-out bed (54x75 inches), both equipped with firm mattresses, ideal for guests who prefer solid support while they sleep. It has 1 ensuite bathroom and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. If preferred, a double-size airbed can be provided instead of the pull-out bed, just let us know in advance. The space is thoughtfully furnished with modern interiors, strong Wi-Fi, and powerful A/C.

Room with Beachfront Access

Our place is located in Lalawigan, Borongan City. 10min drive from Borongan City proper. A construction of a seawall just finished on the beachfront but you can still go to the beach and swim if you want to. Our bar and restaurant is open every Wednesday to Sunday, 4pm to 12mindnight. We have free wifi and smart tv with Netflix. Guests can also cook inside the room. Amazing beach view most specifically during sunrise.
