Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Going by car to Stockholm takes about 15minutes. Car charging up to 50kWh/day is included. Let us know if you have any questions!

Du bor mitt bland blåbärsriset i skuggan av tallarna och har två minuters promenad till den gemensamma sandstranden vid södra bryggan.. Närhet till Lidingöspåret håller dig i trim. The location is great to explore Stockholm. Quiet, charming area, only 15-20 min walk to Stureplan in the city center and great communications nearby. Also very close to Djurgården and parks Humlegården and Hagaparken. The studio apartment has its own entrance and consists of a spacious hallway, bedroom and bathroom. You will love the place for its luxurious hotel-feeling and location. It is a great place for couples and business. Coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge.

Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Detta unika boende ligger mitt i centrala Solna i ett hus byggt 1929 som består av tre lägenheter. Huset är omgivet av en grönskande trädgård med mycket blommor och fina platser att fika, ordna grillmiddag eller ta ett glas kvällsvin. Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare.
