Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

DOWNTOWN 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath renovated historic home

Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the heart of downtown Fredericton. Attached to our own historic home built in 1873, it offers 2.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. In short walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops as well as parks and trails! The apartment is completely separate with it's own driveway and entrance. This area is a well-known destination for salmon and trout fishing in the summer, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the winter. This cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, 1-1/2 bathrooms, and a cozy wood stove for added warmth on the cold winter nights.

The Workshop

2 bedrooms and a murphy bed. Adventure awaits you at this quiet rustic getaway. Our Workshop is very close to all the ATV and Snowmobile trails. Our private trail will take you to all the Provincial trails! Loads of room for off loading your machines and parking! It is located vey close to a grocery store, fuel and restaurants. We now have a queen size murphy bed and 2 bedrooms.

Wheat’s Place

Wheat’s Place offers a comfortable stay in a 3 bedroom house. All rooms have a queen bed. 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, full kitchen, coffee bar and a large inside porch. It’s located directly on the ATV trail. Within minutes of the grocery store, gas station, NBLC, restaurants and Tim’s!
