Ideale per chi cerca la semplicità di una lettura tra i cinguettii o di un aperitivo nella veranda ventilata, ma anche per sport nella natura incontaminata: windsurf, kite, trekking, mtb e passeggiate a cavallo.

The beautiful villa BiVi is located in the village of Chia, a stone's throw from the island's beautiful beaches and cleverly combines modern comfort with rustic charm. The house consists of a living-dining room with three sofas and a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The annexe sleeps two people and has a bathroom with an outdoor shower...

For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
