Bay view and possible two family rental!

Two homes on one property. Both can be rented together or separately. This is great when you have a large group vacationing together. The second home is a 1 bedroom with two futons in the living room. Tax and cleaning fee are extra. This home is on a barrier island. Only be accessed by your personal boat or boat taxi. Home has central HVAC, new BBQ, internet, fully furnished, new 75in TV's, beach chairs, washer/dryer, cornhole, hammocks, in front of free boat docks, etc. Dock 44

This beautiful house is located at the Lemon Bay and close to the Manasota Beach. The beach is just a 0.6 mile walk or 0.8 drive away. The property offers a 1/2 acre lot. This house offers, with a 34x12 feet swimming pool and own tennis court, a completely new rental experience. You will find the barbecue area outside of the pool area. The charging of EV is not allowed and an extra fee will be charged.
