Get Comfortable in Our Stylish Place

Feel what it's like to stay in a renovated place in an authentic Toronto suburb. Shop at local stores. Stroll the neighborhood afterwards, or stay in and sprawl on a leather couch to watch TV. Guests will have access to the room from their own private entrance. Upon confirming a booking we will send you check in information and a code to enter the unit from your very own private entrance. The room is private and has all the basics one might need while staying there. We occupy the rest of the house and are available when not at work. The house is in a quiet residential area with parks, public tennis court, major grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. It's within a three-minute walk to major streets—York Mills or Victoria Park roads. DVP/404 - York Mills exit, Hwy 401 - Victoria Park exit. Bus 95 or 122 to York Mills subway station Bus 24 to Victoria Park subway station The space has new fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery and can be used to prepare your own meal. Bright pleasant room, close to parks, hospital and shops and public transportation. The space is next door to Toronto Botanical Gardens and Conference Centre, Serena Gundy Park. Sunnybrook Hospital is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. There is free WiFi and Netflix in the room as well. You have access to a coffee station which includes a mini-fridge. Note: There is access to a the PRIVATE three piece bathroom, which is NOT shared. It is for the sole use of the occupants of the Uptown Room.

TTC access at your doorstep. 15 mins to downtown. 10 min walk to expansive cycling and walking trails through the Toronto Parks system.

Enjoy your own entrance to your quiet, cozy, and private basement studio with a new bed, fresh bedding, and your own bathroom. A kitchenette and lots of local amenities make this an easy place for a single or couple to come and go from while you visit the area for work or play. We're steps from the Danforth and everything, making it an excellent choice.

Unforgettable stay- Room B, no parking space

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.Self-check-in and check-out (Keys for door, Room B would be put in lock box hanged on the door and the passcode will be provided after reservation). Due to only one parking lot available for guests, Room B only accept guests who do not need it. As to guests who need it, please book Room A with which listing a parking lot is available by paying extra parking fee $1/per night. Vehicles parked on this street overnight would be put ticket.

For tourists, the Scarborough Bluffs is a 15 minute drive down the street from our home & 40-45 mins to DT Toronto by PT. Our place is great because public transportation is easily accessible.
