Feel what it's like to stay in a renovated place in an authentic Toronto suburb. Shop at local stores. Stroll the neighborhood afterwards, or stay in and sprawl on a leather couch to watch TV. Guests will have access to the room from their own private entrance. Upon confirming a booking we will send you check in information and a code to enter the unit from your very own private entrance. The room is private and has all the basics one might need while staying there. We occupy the rest of the house and are available when not at work. The house is in a quiet residential area with parks, public tennis court, major grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. It's within a three-minute walk to major streets—York Mills or Victoria Park roads. DVP/404 - York Mills exit, Hwy 401 - Victoria Park exit. Bus 95 or 122 to York Mills subway station Bus 24 to Victoria Park subway station The space has new fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery and can be used to prepare your own meal. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.Self-check-in and check-out (Keys for door, Room B would be put in lock box hanged on the door and the passcode will be provided after reservation). Due to only one parking lot available for guests, Room B only accept guests who do not need it. As to guests who need it, please book Room A with which listing a parking lot is available by paying extra parking fee $1/per night. Vehicles parked on this street overnight would be put ticket.

Easy access to both TTC bus 3 minute walk and Subway Yorkmills/Yonge lines 5.8km/20min bus-ride. 17min walk to great restaurants and coffee shops, upscale Pusateris gourmet grocery store and Shoppers Drugmart within 5 min drive and 24min walk. Large parks and ravines nearby, family-friendly activities. The unit has a separate entrance from the driveway .

Motel style: Master bedroom + ensuite bathroom

Simple first-floor room in a modest house. No interaction with other people -- all essentials are provided within the room. No Kitchen, no cooking. If parking is required, please inform us, driveway spots are available. Ideal for couples or family of 3. For 2 guests requiring 2 beds (queen bed + sofa bed), a one-time fee of $20 applies. For everyone's safety, we ask a few questions before confirming reservations. The space is not suitable for infants and young kids.
