Room with a view near the center

The two studio apartments / studios, each with about 30 m2 are located near the center in the emerging second district, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. Cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

I designed this space with one goal: to create an apartment I’d want to stay in myself, clean, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you might need. It was built in 2025 with a modern design. The private garden is a rare find, perfect for dinners outdoors. There’s a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive. The location is great: •15 min by tram to the center •Schönbrunn Palace: 14 min by bus •shopping streets: 5-10 min walk • paid garage 3 min walking distance

Auf 64 m² Wohnfläche findest Du alles für einen erfolgreichen Urlaub - eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Doppelbetten (bei Bedarf noch eine ausziehbare Couch) und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsgünstig am Stadtrand gelegen, ist man in nur 25 Minuten bei den Top-Highlights im Wiener Stadzentrum.

Cosy Apartment with Balcony

This private accommodation is ideal for a trip to Vienna: The city center and the Danube Island (great for summer refreshment) are quickly reached by the subway. On the north-facing balcony you can relax and enjoy all day. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything can be used and a basic breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, cereal) is included. Quiet, top roof terrace appartment in city center

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat meiner Familie gehört, wir sind hier aufgewachsen. Daher sind noch sehr viele, persönliche Gegenstände in der Wohnung. Man fühlt sich hier, durch die warme und stilvolle Einrichtung richtig wohl, fast zuhause. Die Wohnung hat zwei große Terrassen, die eine im Osten (aufgehende Sonne), die andere im Westen (untergehende Sonne), die ein besonderes Licht zulassen.

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. So befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe nur ein paar Meter Supermärkte sowie verscheinde Bäckereien für den täglichen Bedarf. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage der Wohnung - die Schnellbahn, Straßenbahn sowie die U-Bahn sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum Wiens erreichen Sie in max. 15 Minuten, sowie den Flughafen.

Comfortable three-storey apartment with a large private terrace, located on the second floor of a four-storey building in Vienna’s 6th district, just 200 metres from Mariahilfer Straße — one of the city’s main shopping streets. The apartment features a spacious living room, two bedrooms with large double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, and a walk-in wardrobe. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet and well suited for a relaxed stay.

The studio is well equipped and situated in the 3rd Viennese district. Has a direct connection with Metro to the airport (20 min), city center (7 min) and Train station ( 10 min) There are 2 spacious terraces with a view over Vienna. A big supermarket, asian market and a drugstore are just few steps away. There is also Pizza Dominos, asian and oriental restaurant around the corner. You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera). AC equipped.

Very bright spacious apartment, located on the sunny side of the building and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
