Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

Use of washer, dryer, and are kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding etc, are available on request.

With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek to enjoy. One comfortable 12" queen in the loft and a fold out double bed love seat on the main floor. Extra guests may pitch tents for $10/night/person. Pets welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.

Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.
