In an area you're most welcome to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a very unique location , tucked behind a large vacant block, edged by native bushland with spectacular sunsets and ocean views The house is filled with character, yet freshly renovated & has a very homey feel. Welcome to your perfect home away from home, nestled in a charming fishing town. This newly built modern family home is designed for all ages offering the comfort and convenience of a true retreat. Ideal for entertaining it also lets you soak in the peaceful atmosphere and unique charm of Dongara. Start your day with an early morning fishing trip or unwind with bubbles at sunset. Plenty of parking including room for a boat or caravan, making it the perfect choice for families or small groups.

Large 2 storey home with 180 degree ocean views

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Enjoy the outdoor views from the balcony or the hot tub. Ample space with a large home theatre and kitchen area. All rooms are air conditioned so you can beat the heat. Pets are welcome but must be outside, we have a large very secure area outside for your beloved pet to wander. We have a spa for guest to use but you must fill it/drain it yourself. It does take time to reach temperature too so not suited to a one night stay.

House is set on the back of the block with the owners residing in the front home, both properties ideally situated maintaining privacy. Light and bright with open plan living and all amenities you will need during your stay.
