Charming Rustic Hideaway Cabin

Rather unique Cabin with a huge deck in the heart of the Preston Valley with vineyards and artisan trails on our doorstep. 1.5 acres of forest, paddock, vines and olives emersed in the Preston National Park yet only 25 minutes from Donnybrook, Ballingup and Boyup Brook. (only a few minutes from the world famous Mumby Tavern). A perfect little hideaway to relax in nature, or a launching point to so many options to keep you busy during your stay. Our corner of paradise that we want to share.

Oldmeadow's Orchard Farm Stay - with Tennis Court

A family place to get away & connect - a dam to swim, tennis court, basketball hoop and a fruit salad orchard with of seasonal fruits, veges, berries & herbs free to pick. Its a place for kids or furbabies to roam free, enjoying the cubby house, trampoline, tree house, riding bikes, go carting or playing in the forest. You will spot Kangaroos, emu or bunnies while enjoying the serenity, relaxing on the deck overlooking the vines. We book up to 6mths in advance, message us for other dates.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Serene Wellness Retreat – Farm and Forest Views

Welcome to your Serene, Wellness Retreat in Bridgetown Perched gently on a hill with sweeping views of Bridgetown’s farm and the valley beyond, 1Riverview invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, your loved ones, and even your four-legged friend. This serene, stylish self-contained apartment and large deck area, blends country charm with modern comforts, offering a large private, fully fenced outdoor space where pets can roam and guests can unwind in peace.

Nannup Studio Accomodation

Studio is spacious and serene. Grab a book and relax under the trees and watch the birds. This is a one room studio with 1x Queen bed 2 x single beds set up on request. Suitable for 2 x Adults 2 x children Full Kitchen, oven Pets are welcome but must be kept on leads to protect our chickens, horses & wildlife and are not to be left alone in the studio. BYO pet bed, food bowls. We ask that dogs not be on the soft furnishings. Outdoor fire pit, wood available $20 cash per basket.

The Cabin Margaret River

The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

The River Barn+optional sauna-walk to town & river

Escape to a unique loft retreat. This newly built stay features a spacious loft bedroom; you can enjoy views of nearby native trees or lie in bed and stargaze through the roof window. Nestled between Collie and Donnybrook, close by to Balingup and the Ferguson Valley with the Bibbulmun Track and Glen Mervyn Dam on the doorstep. The cottage is cosy with a modern ensuite, a wood burning fire and spectacular views. Also suitable for solo adventurers, business travellers or couples with an infant.

Autumn Ridge Farm

Autumn Ridge is a self-contained cottage situated on peaceful acreage overlooking the Blackwood Valley. With only a 10-minute drive into Bridgetown, offering unique boutique shops, delicious cafes and tourist attractions. This couples retreat is central to many of the southwest's tourist hotspots such as Manjimup, Pemberton and Margaret River. Autumn Ridge is the ideal location for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Yonga Valley Retreat

This idyllic property is ‘the perfect place to slow down, relax and experience a beautiful bush setting alongside abundant wildlife. Enjoy our massive dam and 80 secluded acres of rolling hills that backs onto magnificent state forest. The house is clean and comfortable with a fireplace, air-con and verandah on 3 sides.

A beautiful short stroll (your welcome to cut through Kev's place!) into the main street and shopping precinct in Bridgetown. Make Bridgetown your base whilst you explore the wonderful town and the beautiful south-west.
