It's a 10 minute drive from the bustling town of Westport. This house is unique and is located on the shoreline of Clew Bay in the Carrowholly area. Close by is Rosmoney pier where Adventure Islands adventure center, fishing tours and Mayo sailing center operate from. Westport golf club, Carrowholly stables and Trekking are close by.

Riverland View is situated in the beautiful Maam Valley. Ideally located for access to Killary Fjord, Westport, Clifden and Galway City. Beaches, mountains, cycling and walking routes are within easy reach. The house has three bedrooms, a king with en-suite, a twin room with WC and one double. Possibly one of the most beautiful views and locations overlooking Dogs bay beach and sitting at the foot of Errisbeg hill, 6 minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery on the west coast of Ireland. Looking out across the Atlantic Ocean at the Aran islands, gurteen beach and dogs bay beach. Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage
