Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

This unique first floor unit has a style all its own. Located in the heart of Decatur, you will find that all major hospitals and business centers are an easy commute. Relax after a long day of work or pleasure in this spacious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a quiet community. Start your day at the local bakery steps away from the apartment, work from the electric stand up (or sit down) desk, and wind down at one of the local restaurants or breweries that are an easy walk or Uber away.

Historic Roswell Mid-Century Modern Retreat

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage. No stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Welcome to a luxury oasis in the city with a saltwater pool. This 2-level guesthouse was constructed recently with a fully-updated kitchen, two full-sized bathrooms, and a garage. Enjoy fantastic shopping and dining within walking distance of your private getaway. If you're interested in the entire property or the Main House, please explore our alternate listings. Both places are entirely separated. The guesthouse has exclusive right to use the pool and backyard but max occupancy is 4.

Stonehaven Retreat

Come enjoy a stay of relaxation and rest in a quiet space tucked away behind the forest of Stone Mountain Park. This private apartment is my passion project to cultivate a space centered around rest and recovery.
