The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . " cheers ..The interaction with my guests will be discreet but swift if needed... Giudecca is the place to hang out with locals and artists. Share stories while sipping a Spritz and walk along the canal while taking in the views. Spazioso e luminoso ed arieggiato appartamento al secondo piano di un antico palazzo veneziano, le scale sono comode da fare. Si accede attraverso un giardino privato. Tutte le stanze ed il terrazzo sono molto ampie e spaziose. La strada è l’appartamento sono molto silenziosi, nonostante si trovino in una zona molto centrale. I soffitti sono ornati di stucchi veneziani, camera da pranzo e salotto sono separati da un arco decorato, e hanno le finestre sul giardino lontano da altre case.

Appartamento situato al 1° Piano di un blocchetto. Situato nel sestiere di Dorsoduro in Fondamenta delle Eremite è composto da camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, soggiorno con zona pranzo e angolo cottura. Recentemente restaurato e finemente arredato si affaccia su Rio delle Romite, uno dei canali più romantici di Venezia. A pochi passi da Campo Santa Margherita, Accademia e Zattere è in una posizione centrale ma anche molto tranquilla. A pochi passi dalla fermata di Cà Rezzonico.

Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

CASA ALICE Casa Alice, named after our daughter Alice Bianca, is a wonderful two-bedroom apartment near Zattere and the Giudecca Canal. You can feel like a Venetian and spend a few days in a quiet neighborhood, yet be minutes from some of our favorite spots in Venice. The bright, third floor apartment has two bathrooms and plenty of closet space, as well as a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker and a selection of our favorite teas.

Situated on the 4th floor, the apartment has 2 bedrooms with double size beds and a completely new bathroom with shower. A kitchen with an oven, stove and fridge. It also has a spacious living room with a comfortable big couch with a spectacular view of San Trovaso square where they make Venetian Gondolas. Last but not least the apartment has FREE WIFI.

Ca' Tintor - to discover art and nature in Venice

Special measures Covid-19!! Ca' Tintor is located in the most beautiful residential area of Venice complete with all services. Supermarkets, pharmacies, a bakery and pastry shop, many pubs and pizzerias on the go, ice-cream shops, restaurants and shops are in the neighborhood. The apartment is located 2 minutes from Piazzale Roma (bus and water bus terminal), at 5-7 minutes walking distance from the railway station. Venice University area is in the neighborhood.
