We are in San Marco, the central area of Venice old town, but off the most touristic beaten path. In spring and summer, you will be accompanied by the sound of the swallows and a fountain that will offer fresh and drinkable water. In autumn and winter, you will find a quiet, cosy and comfortable place. Ideal for a single traveller or a couple. Children are welcome!

Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

CASA ALICE Casa Alice, named after our daughter Alice Bianca, is a wonderful two-bedroom apartment near Zattere and the Giudecca Canal. You can feel like a Venetian and spend a few days in a quiet neighborhood, yet be minutes from some of our favorite spots in Venice. The bright, third floor apartment has two bathrooms and plenty of closet space, as well as a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker and a selection of our favorite teas.

Ca' Tintor - to discover art and nature in Venice

Special measures Covid-19!! Ca' Tintor is located in the most beautiful residential area of Venice complete with all services. Supermarkets, pharmacies, a bakery and pastry shop, many pubs and pizzerias on the go, ice-cream shops, restaurants and shops are in the neighborhood. The apartment is located 2 minutes from Piazzale Roma (bus and water bus terminal), at 5-7 minutes walking distance from the railway station. Venice University area is in the neighborhood.
