Nation House at Marshland Farms, is a Ranch style home in country setting. 2 miles from Rock Chalk Park and Sports Pavilion. 2 miles from West Lawrence city limits via 40 highway. Close proximity to KU campus, Allen Fieldhouse, Memorial Stadium, restaurants, Clinton Lake & bike/walking trails. We are a couple of miles from I- 70/Lecompton interchange. 3 BR /1.5 bath, full kitchen, laundry facilities, onsite parking. Private country views and livestock on property. Only 6 guests per night.

Enjoy ping pong or foosball in the attached garage. Take a nap in the comfy beds or relax on the soft sectional to watch TV. We are located 7 minutes from Walmart, Sprouts, or Dillons and 11 minutes from KU. Many restaurants are located nearby. You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. This carriage house sits on 2 acres, with the original 1860s house. Located 1 mile East of historic Mass. St. in Lawrence, KS, it has 3 BR & 2 bathrooms. Access is limited to the space above the garage (must climb stairs), private balcony, & the front/middle yard. Absolutely ZERO smoking OR vaping tolerated or allowed on premises!
