The guesthouse has a tile entry with one flight of carpeted stairs. The kitchen has white cabinetry with Silestone countertops, a microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The laundry area has a washer, dryer, and a tankless water heater. The bath has a white vanity with Silestone counter, and sun tunnel.

Centrally located cozy cottage, near KU campus

I hope you enjoy staying at my place as much as I enjoy hosting. This cozy cottage was my first home, in which I recently updated. It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. In temperate months, I have a large fenced-in backyard and back deck for use. If you need anything at all, I am a phone call or message away.

Carriage House in Great Location

Our carriage house studio apartment is in the historic Old West Lawrence neighborhood near downtown + KU , just a short walk to the stadium for football home games or to dining + entertainment. Enjoy a pvt. bathroom, streaming YouTube TV, wet bar w/ microwave. There is a queen sized sofa bed for up to 2 extra guests. We have a Short-Term Rental License # STR-18-00036 issued by the City of Lawrence.

Lovely condo with pool near KU

Our condo is located very close to KU and city bus. There is an on-site swimming pool and one assigned covered parking stall. This is a ground floor unit with a small set of stairs to access the front door. There is a public golf course right next to the complex. A washer and dryer in the unit, along with some personal hygiene products.

The Bait Shop, close to KU and downtown!

The bait shop is a private, separate house, with its own entry and parking. It’s very cozy and quiet. It’s a short walk south to the KU stadium, and a ten-minute walk to lovely downtown Lawrence. The house is perfect for a single person or couple. We recently added an outdoor patio area with a barbecue grill for your enjoyment!
