Welcome to a newly renovated two bedroom and 1 bathroom home in a welcoming residential neighborhood. Our home has an open layout w/ a spacious deck and yard off the back of the house and an attached garage. We welcome children and families. This space is centrally located to the shopping areas; 5-10 minutes by car, we are also quite close to the eclectic downtown. Downtown Bangor is a quick 10 minute drive or if you enjoy walking approximately 30-35 minutes through the lovely ‘tree’ streets.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Spend your days hiking the backyard trails (25 acres behind the house!), swimming or paddle boarding on the lake with a private dock (lake is a 2 minute walk down the driveway!), or traveling to near by coastal towns like Bar Harbor (Bucksport was voted #1 small coastal town in USA!). For dinner, stop by one of the lobster shacks just down the road to bring home your fresh Maine lobster! Come and disconnect (or stay connected if you’re working remotely!).

The space This pet friendly camp has 1 bedroom with a king bed, large loft with a queen bed and three twin beds, a living room and dining room area, a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. This pristine, brand-new construction, completed in July 2022, boasts state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. Nestled on 5 sprawling acres with direct access to the ITS trail system for snowmobiling, ATV, SXS, & hiking! The 3 Queen bedroom house comes fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen.  There is a queen size mattress w/ linens in the master closet if needed for extra guests.

Rail Trail Retreat

Enjoy direct access to the Newport/Dover-Foxcroft Rail Trail from our backyard. Not a rider, enjoy the relaxing cottage feel of our home or venture less than a mile to our “Heart of Maine” small town. Enjoy shops, great eateries and quick lake access for those boaters at the public boat launch. With two bedrooms equipped with queen beds, we also offer extra space in the living room with a daybed & trundle. This home had a complete overhaul in 2022-2023 and is brand new!

Moosehead Lake, Snowmobile Trails, Hot Tub

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

The Lodge on the Piscataquis River is Dog Friendly
