Suite at Blackwater Farm

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in a three room suite at Blackwater Farm. You will have a private entrance to a portion of the house built in the 16oos. The site has an entryway, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom all separate and private from the main house. Spend time exploring the 13 acres of the property which includes trails through woods, fields and along our own beaver pond. We're located just 10 minutes from WWD hospital /downtown and 20 minutes from Portsmouth /Durham.

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Sleeps up to 6 with two queen bedrooms, a cozy twin bedroom, a fold-out sofa, and two dedicated workspaces. The perfect home base for exploring the New Hampshire Seacoast in every season.

The Barn on Broadway

The Barn on Broadway: A 1900's reno was brought back to life in 2025. This fresh space balances history with beautiful new finishes. It's a stand alone property with an open concept- loft-style one bedroom king, full kitchen, 3/4 bath and a cozy back patio. The space sits next to Body Mechanix Massage (don't forget to book your services ahead of time!) and is within walking distance to historic downtown Dover, just a short drive to many seacoast beaches and minutes from UNH.

Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.

Cozy waterfront suite , king size bedroom perfect for a relaxing escape. Just minutes from Portsmouth and Durham, it’s ideal for a romantic getaway, attending a local event, or visiting the University of New Hampshire. Enjoy a private patio and waterfront deck featuring a seasonally heated dome and a year-round fire pit. A duraflame log for winter use in the living room fireplace. You’ll find many nice extras here. Peaceful coastal charm near the New Hampshire–Maine border.

Stay at Hidden Pines Cabins. The Mirror cabin is Maines only 3 sided floor to ceiling mirrored glass cabin. Unwind in the hot tub while looking up at the sky full of stars. Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

First floor apartment, two good-sized bedrooms, one bathroom. Open concept living/dining room and kitchen. No laundry on site, however there is a laundromat 1/2 mile away. Free off-street parking. Travel nurses welcome.

Enjoy our cozy guest flat on the same 1-acre property as our 1917 home, but with its own entrance, parking, full kitchen and bath. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.
