The GA Theatre, UGA North Campus, and the arch are close by. Guests may park in the College Ave. Parking Deck with the provided pass.

Well-appointed, newly renovated, historic house just a half mile walk to downtown Athens' Classic Center.Enjoy all Athens has to offer with excellent proximity to all things UGA and downtown. This home was completely renovated and updated in 2023 with careful consideration of its original history that dates back to the 1940s. 2 bedrooms totaling 1 King and 2 Queen beds, plus an amazing kitchen, front porch, and onsite parking. Sidewalk the entire walk to downtown which is only a half mile away.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).
