The Sawtelle House

The Sawtelle House, built in 1906 and located on the bustling corner of University Blvd and 4th Ave, is now available for private, overnight stays and sleeps up to six. The Master bedroom includes a King Sized bed, the second bedroom has a Queen. The Study has a couch which converts into a Queen Bed. The Dining Room seats up to eight. The front porch is perfect for relaxing while watching life on the Avenue. Check in begins at 3:00 pm (no later than 10 pm) and check out is 10:00 am. Welcome!

The Root Beer Adobe Hotel

A striking 1890's adobe dwelling located in the renowned historic Barrio Viejo district. The Root Beer Adobe Hotel is an old-world experience nestled within a collection of folk art; primitive antique interiors complimented with high ceilings, concrete, brick, and saltillo floors, all bathed in natural desert light throughout.
