Cozy Solar Cottage on the West Side

My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy, fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. There is access to nearby urban trails. A comfy queen bed awaits! Coffee shop and breakfast are within walking distance. I'm sorry, but the space can't accommodate children under 5.

A-Frame Country Cabin

A-frame cabin is situated on a 5-acre rural property just beyond the city limits - it is a detached mother-in-law suite, located 200 ft from our main residence. The cabin includes a loft w/a queen-sized bed, a single pullout couch, & a mini kitchen. It faces eastward, away from the mountains. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful countryside retreat, note that access to the bedroom is via a spiral staircase, and the property is serviced by well water. Owner maintained & operated.

Cozy Inlaw Suite in the Bonnyville Neighborhood nestled within the center of the city with easy access to I-25. Have fun with all the local entertainment that downtown Colorado Springs has to offer. See the top of Pikes Peak, Olympic Training Center, Air Force Academy, Zoo, hike Garden Of The Gods & Seven Falls. Experience the many breweries & wineries in our area. Walking distance from grocery store, coffee shops, a park, trails, and a small shopping center.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
