We’re proud to offer a non-toxic, eco-conscious retreat with a lived-in vibe: natural cleaners, refillable goods, fragrance-free everything, and pesticide-free grounds (hello butterflies and clover patches).

This downtown condo is located on Market St. and is in the perfect location to enjoy Knoxville. Only 2.5 blocks to Market Square, 1 block to Gay St. and a 10 minute walk to UT, riverfront or the Old City. Walk to bus stations & trolley stops. Pets are always welcome. It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. The most common feedback is folks love the location!

Farmhouse Loft Retreat-2 Bedroom with free parking

Enjoy a stylish experience at this South Knoxville loft. This brand new 2 bedroom 1 bath loft apartment is just 10 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from the Smokey Mountains, and only 5 minutes from Baker Creek Preserve and Bike Park. If you're here for the game, leave your car parked here and take a short uber ride to the stadium. If you're here for mountain biking, it's a short ride from here to the trailhead. Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request. We charge a $45 pet fee.
