Small Cozy Guest house, great location if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk. It is within 3 mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston. San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S with no doubt very beautiful. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown are not fully developed, there is a lot of restoration going on. If you are looking into staying a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. Great price/location

The Loft - Monte Vista

Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.
