The living room boasts a Joybird sofa with a pull out queen sized, memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. Kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, soapstone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a reclaimed wood island with seating. Ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool during hot summers. I am always available by text or phone. I do live in the main house on the property and can be reached in person if arranged. Take a 2-block stroll to burgers, breweries, sushi, gelato, gourmet coffee and tea, and even a speakeasy. Children will love the on-site playground at The Friendly Spot. This guest suite has a kitchenette with all cooking essentials provided as well as a completely private entrance attached to the back of our forever home. Please note the neighborhood is totally safe, but is up-and-coming.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. If you just want to get out and feel like you went somewhere or did something, this is the place for you. It’s located in a quite secluded area. You have your own parking space. And you have lots of stores nearby. This place is located in the second floor. We do have stairs but no elevator.
