This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Step back in time to the Wild West era with this uniquely preserved 1906 studio, just steps from the streetcar, and only ½ mile from the UofA and downtown Tucson.. The original shotgun apartment has been beautifully revitalized with Mexican tile that accentuates its charming character and acacia wood floors that help blend the old with the new.
