APARTMENT STARA KUĆA - an old house in city walls

Our old house has been built 500 years ago and completely renovated at 2011. It takes place in quite, Mediterranean street in center of Mali Ston, down second largest walls in entire world. House is nice place for everyone, especially for families. Mali Ston is just 45 kilometers away from Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is famous for its historical heritage which is under UNESCO protection. Mali Ston is close to the Medugorje(85 km) and Split(180 km). Also, you can easily go to Korčula and Mljent island

Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.

My place is located in the National Park Mljet (Polace), a few meters from the sea, very close to the Roman palace remains. It has a great view, you’ll love it because of the mediterranean ambiance which is full of life. Studio apartment has 25 m2 with a terrace of 12 m2, it is great for couples and solo adventurers.
