Situated on 5 grazing acres in a quiet culdesac nestled at the foot of the nearby D’Aguilar Mountain Range. If you like horses then you will enjoy your stay with us. Our horses are our inspiration and we invite you to come and enjoy watching the herd at rest and at play. Their stage is a rural setting so you may see wildlife visiting us at Brumbies Hollow too.

Many local cafes and grocery stores nearby. Just a 4-minute drive to the Eatons Hill Hotel and South Pine Sports Complex.

Property not suitable for infants & small children. Stepping stone path not suitable for heavy roller suitcases or people with mobility issues.

Windermere Lodge - Idyllic peaceful bush retreat

Wake up in the morning to just the sounds of the birds in your retreat set in 10 acres of rural paradise. From your private terrace, set amidst the beautiful gardens, you can wander freely through the grounds. Our property is home to a great many native species, including wallabies and over 100 species of birds. We have no domestic pets. Head into Samford village for a coffee at one of the many iconic coffee shops, or take a stroll through the nearby rainforests of Mt Glorious and Mt Nebo.

Short drive to Samford Village, IGA supermarket, Mt Nebo, Mt Glorious & Mt Cootha & lots of bush walks. Non shedding dogs welcome, other pets considered (no shedding dogs please). Whether you're looking to use nearby mountain bike and hiking trails, explore the hinterland, enjoy a romantic getaway with your partner or simply disconnect, this tranquil retreat is your perfect hideaway. The private outdoor fire pit is ideal for stargazing or toasting marshmallows under the night sky.

This architecturally designed two-bedroom town house in Samford Village offers a peaceful retreat away from the city. Surrounded by native bushland and wildlife, it provides a tranquil escape while still being conveniently located just a 35-minute drive from the Brisbane CBD. The property is well-equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Due to its popularity, it is recommended to secure your booking early.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to a bus stop, which can take you to Chermside or the City. Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
