Peaceful, Lakefront Cottage

Our simple, unique (octagonal) cottage is ready for you to enjoy as you take in the serenity of Lake Murray! Have a meal on the spacious deck, go swimming/fishing from the dock, or just relax and observe the many fish, turtles and birds that live in this quiet cove. Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. Siesta Cove is the next cove over and has a general store and gas pumps for your boat.

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

Mid-Century Modern Treehouse with no stairs to climb but walk across a bridge thru beautiful professionally landscaped gardens onto a spacious deck with a hot tub. Relax inside and curl up and watch a movie in front of the fireplace! You have parking next to a walkway located between the treehouse and gardens next to our home.

We hope you will find everything you need in our clean, comfortable basement suite. On beautiful Lake Murray and only 8 mins to Chapin with 3 great grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. We are off Amicks Ferry Road @10 mins out of Chapin. Enjoy the lake view from your shady patio or on the dock. The cottage is located near the old Buffalo Creek Marina and Restaurant now called Martin’s Landing. It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundle beds underneath
